Important Note: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition with tags attached and undamaged packaging.
Eligibility Requirements
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any fragrance, perfume, or cosmetic marks.
- Original product tags, Tatreez identity cards, and protective pouches must be intact.
- Discounted final clearance items are eligible for size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Support: Reach out to our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email at support@paliroots.com with your Order Number (e.g. PR-XXXXXX).
- Courier Pick-up / Dispatch: Our logistics partner will pick up the package from your doorstep (Dhaka) or you may dispatch it via any local courier service.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt and inspection at our quality warehouse (within 48 hours), your refund will be disbursed via your original payment channel (bKash/Nagad) or a replacement dispatched immediately.
